Common questions
How long does a custom piece take?
Most pieces take 4–8 weeks from approved sketch to finished jewelry. If you have a proposal or wedding date, let me know in your inquiry and we’ll plan around it.
Do you work with clients outside Colorado?
Yes. We can do everything by phone or video, and I ship finished pieces fully insured.
How does payment work?
After our call, a $100 design deposit gets your sketch started and is credited toward your final price. Once you approve the design and quote, half is due to begin and the rest when your piece is finished.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. A few photos you love or a rough idea is plenty. Figuring out the design together is part of the process.
